Calvin graduated from NUS in 2008 with a honours degree in Life Sciences. But the calling from dance has been in him since young and he is now a fulltime dancer pursuing his dream.

He has performed for events like Zouk, Adidas, productions by Dick Lee, and television programs such as Project Superstar, Campus Superstar and Live The Dream. He has also choreographed commercial items for corporate events and annual Dinner and Dances such as Excellence Service award, "HOPE" Concert and for Moezik Events International and recently in Fujifilm's commercial. He also has a brief appearance in Jack Neo's movie "Just Follow Law".

It is Calvin's philosophy that everybody can be sexy, hence girls style dance is his specialty and he is sure to help bring out the feminine side of his students. That being said, boys are totally welcome to his dance classes as being sexy is not only an attribute of women. 

Calvin also believes that music inspires dance, and dance has many purposes. Each class and project that he takes on are specifically tailored to the participants. If there is one thing that he will tell his students, that would be, to "listen to the music!". Such an approach has allowed his students to have fun dancing and appreciate music better while improving their dance technique.

Street Jazz  Description :

Street Jazz, its name being self explanatory, is a street-styled dance that uses techniques of both hip hop and jazz.

In this class, students will learn to dance to lyrics and beats specific to the piece of music and emphasis will be on musicality and execution. If you're a great fan of Beyonce, Pussycat Dolls or if you want to dance like Jolin Tsai or Elva Xiao, this class is definitely for you.  No experience is needed, just come with lots of attitude and expect loads of fun!
