Hiiii , i love dancing in dancefactory because i feel the warmth in this dance school . (:

I came to realise that everyone here is so friendly and help each other with no limits . I like the fun and laughter with my dancemates are
totally awesome . I get to know alot of people in here and gets to communicate with them,
we teach each other dance(if we miss lesson)-opps :x .

Everytime i would be excited to go for dance because i get to learn new dances steps and
get to see all my friends and we will joke and laugh all over the floor . LOL .

Dancing in here is like relieving all my stress for whatever i am stressed for .
My passion for hiphop started last year and i realised that the passion of it is getting
deeper and deeper into me & i would say i don’t even bear to leave . HAHAHA . 

But overall , i have to thanks our instructor , jacky , for teaching us and giving us a very good chance to perform ourselves for this concert .

I AM PROUD TO SAY I AM IN DANCEFACTORY! <3 :D

Was reading all the entries made and its so touching! So why do i join dance... I rmb seeing all the pro hiphop-ers dancing, thinking that if only i can be like them! That inspires me quite a lot.. & back then, i really wanted to join hiphop classes but i do not dare to do it alone. At last, i found a friend to join with me.. Yeah, my first dance school was DanceFactory, my first instructor was Jacky! :D Joined for awhile and i know i did not regret joining.. My friend left halfway, & i rmb dad asking me this.. "So, your friend left, why didnt you." My reply was; "Its that passion in there that i know i need to stay." Was quite sad that all along he thinks that i joined dance just because my friend joined.. And he said that he will see how long will i stay in there since my friend left. Then i know i need to prove him wrong. 

Dance makes me happy. Dance sessions took away all those burdens that’s sitting on my shoulder.. Im free to express myself too. Even if i dont dance well, i know i enjoyed it.. Friends tend to ask me why do i always look happy (after when they know me more & they know i got lots of unhappiness within me haha) and wished to be like me. I just feel that i need to leave those stuffs behind for a breather and by dancing, it seems to be the easiest way..

The reason why i love DanceFactory, its like a family to me. I love my instructor; Jacky, and i love all my dance friends! Jacky do not only treat us like a student to him, he also treat us like his friend. The love from him to his students was indescribable, the effort is always there and yeah im sure we can feel it. He care for his students and we love being around him, with all the add ons of lame stuffs/jokes thats gg on too hehe. Also, friends that i danced with, they are a bunch of fun loving peeps! At least we know that we wont judge each other :D Thats how i can actually be myself when im in class! No one will laugh at me when i did some steps incorrectly, instead, they will be there helping me to get it right! :D

Lastly, last year, i finally know that dad is convinced that i did not join dance because of my friend. From being unhappy of me going for dance, to him asking me to get the concert tickets for him(for last year’s concert) :D So, thats another reason why i feel that i need stay put here! :)

I love dance because it gives me the freedom to express my emotions and be whoever I want to be!!! I can be full of power, funny, manly, sexy or play any sort of character that I like in the different dance styles that we do. Friends who watch me dance say I am very different from the ’normal’ Veronica and I like that! :D

Of course, I wouldn’t be where I am without all my friends and our passionate teacher, Jacky! Dance Factory is really a great place and a real big family! I never taught I could actually dance on stage, especially coz I started dancing at such a late age, but I felt welcomed and accepted by the DF family and I look forward to every dance practice where we laugh and train hard together. I also really enjoyed all the great opportunities given to us (annual concert, overseas dance trip, dance workshops, choreographing etc) that shaped me and allowed me to grow as a dancer! Love everyone, muacks~ ;)

OMG. Sorry I kinda lagged to submit this. ANYWAY, dance had changed my life. I’ve turned from a noob who look up to dancers -> a girl who dances with confidence. Dancing is another world for me to go to whenever im feeling stress or upset etc. Without dance, there would not be any escape for my sometimes overwhelming emotions.

Dance Factory is the best dance school ever, it is a hugeeeee and united family and not only that, it gives me alot of opportunities (concerts, overseas trips, performance etc) to express my love for dance, it gave me an awesome dance crew of sisters(DFunkatron), it gave me wonderful dancemates and most importantly, it gave me a chance to know the most passionate dance teacher ever hahahahha, jacky (!!), who trained me from a person who knows nothing about hiphop to a person that lives to dance! <3

I love DF and dance so muchh because i really do feel happy every sunday during dance and look forward to every sunday! Most importantly, I love my friends in dance and of course our awesome teacher, Jacky! ^^ it is him who created the passion in all of us and taught us how to dance from the very basics! So i love dance and DF so much because it feels like a family during class! <3

I love dancing because i can dance for different emotions, laughter, tears, madness, fear, hopes and screams etc. I am a dancer, thus i can create my dream. Dance Factory gives me the opportunity to dance on stage. I can dance like nobody is watching and express myself truthfully without hesitation. I have an awesome and humorous dancing instructor, Jacky. He makes the lesson interesting and make it easy for us to learn. Without Dance Factory or any instructor, we could not be able to perform well on stage! DANCING IS MY PASSION, NOTHING CAN STOP ME.

i love to dance because it makes me happy, it gives me the opportunity to express myself. When I dance I don’t feel stress, I don’t feel anything negative and i can feel the energy going through my body. Dancing is stress relieving too, dancing is everything I ever thought it would be and DANCING IS MY PASSION. (: i love dance factory because dance factory is like a family to me ! :D

Loves DF cos It just clicked when yayan intro-ed me e very 1st time for the trial @ DF (: 
1. awesome teacher (honest opinion XD i rly respect u jacky!) whose heart is in the right place - teaching dance out of passion and not for other gains. 
2. great learning system (warmup to youtube vids), 
3. brilliant learning environ 
4. nice hiphop moves - it all exceeded expectations (: 
also monday hiphop class feels more&more like family! esp w serene&puppy! lol. i feel like a mom sometimes. 

 

Love dance cos, i’ve been moving so much w/o music, in sports. and i’ve been wanting to move to music since sec sch, just never had the time to, with school. now kinda feels like the dance-self has been let out of a cage, going a little crazy. extreme interest! i look forward to every dance lesson! wanna dance better&better, self satisfaction i guess. haha particularly love cos e energy&style is somewhat similar to my character (:

I love dance because it just describes who I am. It’s where i can let loose and express myself and not having to think about anything but only focusing on letting myself out and dancing with feelings and passion. And the feeling of not having anything to worry about, just feels as if the world is gone and you have entered your own. Basically dance is like a drug to me, without it I have no idea on how I can carry on with life, thus making life feel lifeless and besides, dance is also a great work out:) 
One of the reasons to why I love Dance Factory is because I get opportunities to perform. Opportunities like this is rare and having the thought or feeling when you’re performing in front of your family and friends, just gave you a sense of satisfaction and success, also looking at the faces of your parents, just made you feel as if like whatever you did was just worth it. 
Another reason would be that Dance Factory is a place where I first learned to dance and it’s a place where we don’t judge on who can dance and who can’t, it’s just like another family. 
The last reason would be because I have an awesome dance teacher, who teaches me the basics with patience and also gave me the chance to express myself. Without him,Jacky, I wouldn’t have become who I am today.

I love dance because it’s a good way to distress and the important fact that it’s about the love and passion I have for it. Dance Factory, would you say it’s my life? Yes. Most probably so. Making new friends in a new environment is simply awesome. With the humourous and patient instructor Jacky, it’s just 100% ! <3

I joined Dance factory not too long ago, but I feel like I’m part of an awesome big family. Dance has allowed me to gain confidence in myself and it’s a good form of exercise too! And of course, the teacher plays a big part. Jacky is a cool teacher who gives inspiration to many through his experience in dancing.

I love dance because i feel a sense of belonging in dance. Though i might not be very good in dance, the dance feeling deep down of me somehow just feel like flowing out. =)

Because the songs we danced usually are for our specials ones. It is like how we dedicate our thoughts for them when we danced for them. We also dance to love. Dance together with dance factory family with LOVE. ;D Dance for ourselves and for the whole world! <3

I love dance because it make me start afresh after every week stressful work. Whenever I listen to the music, I just want to dance on with the music. I love Dance Factory because we are 1 big family. We are bond together and we respect each other. Dance Factory Rocks!
